Inserts minute (with leading zero, e.g., 06) into the currently active window.

Syntax:

<ct:mlz>(Shift)

Shift
The time shift in minutes relative to the current time.  0 for no shift, -1 for time one minute back, +1 for time one minute later, etc.

Example:

Current time minute: <ct:mlz>(0)
One minute later it will be: <ct:mlz>(1)
